Make payments
The easiest way to pay your service charge loan is by monthly standing order.
Set up your bank transfer with our details:
- bank: NatWest
- for the credit of: London Borough of Southwark
- sort code: 51-50-03
- account no: 27540006
- reference: use your loan account number (for example D0001 Fund 2)
Use the same bank details and reference if you want to pay larger one-off amounts, including any payments to redeem the loan.
You should allow at least 3 working days for your payment to be processed.
You can also make an online payment, but there's a £10,000 limit per transaction using our payment system.
