Manage your loan
We keep your loan separate from your main service charge account.
We remove your debt from your service charge account and put it in a new account (the loan account).
You must make sure each account is kept up to date. Always check details carefully so payments go to the right account.
You can:
- request a loan statement, redemption statement (how much is left to pay off) or balance
- request a refund if you've paid off your loan and paid too much
- make an online enquiry about anything else
Postponements
If another lender wants to prioritise their charge over ours they need our permission. We look at postponements of charges on a case by case basis.
We have the right to decline.
