Report a heating or hot water problem

Our gas engineering team oversee an annual servicing programme for our properties. 

This includes all servicing:

• gas and gas pipework
• communal water tanks 
• dry/wet risers

We look at individual and heat network systems and communal water supplies to ensure we meet legal requirements to guarantee resident safety.

We oversee repairs to all:

• Southwark-owned heating systems
• managed improvement programmes
• boiler and/or equipment renewals

Works are carried out by our contractors:

• OCO Heating for north of the borough
• Smith & Byford for south of the borough  

We strive to give an excellent service and regularly attend resident and tenant group meetings to identify issues. 

In an emergency situation where heating to your home is lost in winter, we'll provide you with temporary heaters.
