Temporary accommodation

There are some common misunderstandings about temporary accommodation. 

Being eligible for temporary housing does not mean you:

• have more priority for a council home
• will be placed in a bed and breakfast (B&B) hotel like when you go on holiday
• will be housed in or near to Southwark
• will live there for a short time
• will get free accommodation
• can stay somewhere else as well
