Looking after your estates

Estate inspections are an informal ‘walkabout’ on your estate with council officers and other tenants. They take place every month.

They give you the chance to show us any issues that need attending to. 

We'll check if:

• communal areas are clean 
• communal gardens are being maintained
• any repairs to communal areas are needed
• there are no health and safety issues
• repairs are carried out on time
• bins are regularly emptied
• fly-tipping is dealt with immediately
• lifts are working
