Performance monitoring tool

We are making a new performance monitoring tool about development progress in Southwark.

The first stage organises housing figures between 2004 and 2019. It also includes data on:

• open spaces
• affordable housing
• affordable workspaces
• the brownfield land register

We will publish more information on the other aspects of development including:

• community spaces
• transport
