Bin service for flats and estates

You must follow the service agreement requirements including making sure all bins:

• are kept securely within the property boundaries, not on the pavement or roadside
• are easy for collection crews to access

Large item (bulky waste) collection is not included in the communal waste collection service. Each resident must organise this for themselves.

Property managers and freeholders are responsible for removing fly tipped large items, not the council.

Report a missed collection to stop rubbish piling up.
