To hold an event in a public outdoor space in Southwark, you must apply to us for permission.
We define an ‘event’ as something which is not part of the usual daily activity associated with a space.

If you’re planning a larger event, consider submitting a proposal to us first. We can discuss your ideas before you complete the application. You may also need to arrange a meeting with an event operations officer.
