During the event
For most events, we’ll inspect the site of the event before you start to set up to record its current condition. We'll also inspect the site after the event to check for any damage or mess.
Our officers monitor events and must be granted access to all areas of the event. Monitoring officers may ask you to do specific tasks to make sure you follow the agreed plans.
