Each year we’ll send you a statement showing the interest applied to your account and any payments you’ve made.
This is just for your records not a demand for payment.
You will not be charged if you repay your loan early.
We will not refund any overpayments you make unless the loan has been repaid in full.
Overpayments may not bring down your monthly payments.
If you want to put your overpayments towards the capital you need to write to us and ask us to ‘capitalise’ your overpayments.
We cannot guarantee we'll agree to this. We will not consider capitalising payments under £100.
Once a payment has been capitalised it cannot be reversed.
If you fall behind on payments at a later date we will not put the capitalised payment towards your arrears.
If another lenders wants to prioritise their charge over ours they need our permission. We look at postponements of charges on a case by case basis.
We have the right to decline.
