Landlord deed of certificate
You’ll get a landlord's deed of certificate if we want to pass on part of the cost of remedial works to you through the service charge.
You’ll also get one within 4 weeks of you requesting a certificate or within 4 weeks of us:
- receiving a notification from you that your leasehold interest is to be sold
- becoming aware of a relevant defect which was not covered by a previous landlord’s certificate
There are no known qualifying defects with Southwark council-owned buildings.
