If you submitted your certificate:

by post we cannot confirm receipt

by recorded delivery the delivery service will let you know when it's been delivered

online you'll get a confirmation email with a reference - check your junk mail if it does not arrive or try resubmitting your cerficate if it still does not arrive
We will not write to you to let you know if you qualify.
