We appointed Phoenix Compliancy Management (PCM) to carry out quality control checks across Southwark for:

• gas servicing
• repair, installation and replacement of gas boilers and heating systems across Southwark

This is to: 

• ensure your safety and the contractor has carried out the work to a satisfactory standard
• demonstrate value for money
• ensure compliance 

What they will do:

• make an appointment to visit your home
• carry out some tests to verify contractors results 
• spend up 30 minutes in your home 
• check the works were completed satisfactorily 

All PCM inspectors carry their GasSafe and ID cards. 

We understand and appreciate your time is important and will keep this to minimum where possible.
