Report a leak in or from your home

If the leak is coming from your leasehold or freehold property on one of our estates, it's your responsibility to organise the repair work swiftly.

You'll need to pay a plumber to fix the problem (unless it's a communal pipe).

We'll work with you to help get these works completed as quickly as possible.

If you have tenants renting your property you must make sure they allow the repairs to be carried out.

If there are communication issues between neighbours, we can provide support to resolve the issue, where possible.
