Report a leak in or from your home

Leaks that come from a property above are one of the most common issues for tenants and homeowners. 

We have a dedicated 'leaks from above' team.

Report a leak from above (or a communal area, roof or garage) by calling:

• 0800 952 4444
• option 1 for repairs
• option 3

The team will follow up on your repair from start to finish. They'll let you know when it's been fixed properly.

We cannot always give you exact dates or information for repairs to other people’s properties (as this breaches data protection).

We'll explain what we can and ensure you have the information you need.

If you're a council tenant we'll:

• arrange to come and inspect your home for damage
• repair areas that are affected (if needed)

We are not responsible for damage to your belongings.
