Report a leak in or from your home

If the leak is from your home you must do all you can to stop it quickly.

Turn off your water stop-valve immediately.

If we need access to your council home it's important you allow us entry or we may charge you for the damage. 

If we have to arrange forced entry we will charge you more.

Or we can sometimes offer weekend appointments for leaks from above works.
