Report a leak in or from your home

We need to find out where it's coming from, get access and repair the leak quickly. 

While you're waiting for us you can help by:

• speaking to your neighbour straightaway as they may not realise there's a problem
• ask them to turn off their water
• switch off all your appliances and lights immediately in case water gets in
• place a bucket or bowl under the leak to catch the water and move any belongings, if possible
