Streetscape design manual (SSDM)

The street elements register has a series of palettes (PDF, 4.9MB). They explain the materials and items that must be used in Southwark developments.

For each item in a palette, there is a detailed specification. It includes details on existing approved products, where relevant.

You must only use items specified in palettes in streets and spaces. If you plan to deviate you must use the departures process in the procedures register.
