Submit a planning application

You can apply online or if you're not able to do this:

• use the relevant application forms on the Planning Portal
• pay us using our online payment form
• email or send all the relevant forms

We charge an extra £100 for applications that are sent to us to cover extra admin costs.

Send two copies of:

• your completed application form
• all other relevant forms
• all drawings
• all supporting documents

Send everything to:

• planning.applications@southwark.gov.uk

• Planning, 5th Floor Hub 2, Southwark Council, PO Box 64529, London SE1P 5LX.

Most applications require a fee to be paid when you submit them. Use the Planning Portal’s guide to fees to estimate the fee you’ll have to pay when you submit your application.
