Our Dulwich SPD (PDF, 1.8MB) covers East Dulwich, Herne Hill and Dulwich Village. The SPD also covers a small area to the west of Peckham Rye.

The objectives of the SPD are to:

• set out planning guidance for Dulwich, given its unique natural and historic features
• provide further detail on acceptable development in the area
• set out detailed guidance on land use, accessibility and design
