Violence against women and girls

Support, advice and where to find help.

Safe havens

Logo with two overlapping hands, one blue and one navy, next to the text "Safe Haven" in orange and grey, and "Lambeth & Southwark" in blue and green.

If you feel threatened, are being harassed on the street, are unwell, or just need some help, look for the Safe Haven sign in the windows of shops and buildings. Someone in the Safe Haven can help you.

Staff at these locations are trained to support anyone who feels unsafe. They also help those who have been harassed.

They can organise safe transport home or call family, friends or the police for you.

If you are in immediate danger, call the police on 999
