If you have experienced sexual assault, sexual abuse or rape and would like specialist support, you can speak to Refuge.
Refuge provides information, advice, and intensive advocacy if you're a survivor of gender-based violence or abuse.

Support from the NHS
The NHS has information for people who have experienced rape or sexual assault.
Sexual assault referral centres offer medical, practical, and emotional support to anyone who has been sexually assaulted or raped.
They have specially trained nurses and support workers to care for you. You can find a rape and sexual assault referral centre that is nearest to you online.
