Compensation for no heating and hot water
We know that if you lose your heating or hot water it can be a great inconvenience.
If there's an outage it can affect many households in the heat network system.
We do not reduce heating charges when there has been an outage, but will compensate you.
If you’ve had no communal heating or hot water for more than 24 hours, we'll automatically pay:

you £3 for every whole day you’re without it

it to you via your service charge account once in a 3-month period
